As a Seller Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting high-quality Sellers to join our Marketplace. You'll work closely with potential sellers to understand their needs and interests, and help them understand the benefits of selling on our platform.

You'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You'll need to be comfortable working independently and have a high level of self-motivation. You'll also need to be able to think creatively and come up with new and innovative ways to connect with potential sellers.

Experience in the apparel and home interior industries is a plus!

This is a remote job within the UK, so you can work from anywhere in the country!

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential sellers and reach out to them via email, phone, or other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential sellers.
• Understand the needs and interests of potential sellers, and provide them with information about the benefits of selling on our platform.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, with native English language skills as a strong advantage.
• Experience in the apparel and home interior industries is a plus.
